**Overview**:
As a **Barista / Service Executive**, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You’ll craft beautiful coffees, deliver warm service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hathaway’s commitment to excellence. This role offers the chance to grow with us as we expand into Varel Singapore.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Operations**:

- Prepare high-quality coffees and beverages
- Execute latte art and calibrate equipment
- Deliver warm, friendly service and smooth ordering experiences
- Handle payments professionally and assist with packing/delivery orders
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiencyMaintain high hygiene standards across all service areas

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for coffee, service, and food
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Motivated to delight diverse customers
- Prior **pre-opening experience**is a bonus
