**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying and conveying our luxury ethos to customers, both in-store and online.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail space, ensuring a seamless and superior shopping experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to our clientele.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to gain insights into digital marketing strategies, contributing to social media content creation and campaign execution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your marketing skills, focusing on areas such as content management, SEO strategies, and analytics.
- Utilize computer skills for inventory management, data analysis, and the creation of engaging digital content.
- Foster relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up communication, leveraging these interactions to gather insights and feedback for marketing purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail, preferably within the luxury market, with a strong understanding of high-end consumer behavior and expectations.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new skills, particularly in digital marketing.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software or platforms relevant to both retail and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both colleagues and customers.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and detail, capable of contributing to aesthetic decisions and marketing material creation.
- Team player attitude with the capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
