**Position Overview**:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant/Associate to join our team. As a Retail Assistant/Associate, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and assisting with the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about retail and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge, help with product selection, and answer customer queries.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash, process credit card transactions, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and products are well-displayed.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organizing the stockroom.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including tidying shelves and cleaning display areas.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items need to be restocked.
- Follow store policies and procedures for safety and security.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
