**About The Company**
Liberte HR are partnering with our client, Iki Concepts, to relaunch their cult favourite and bespoke cocktail bar, The Horse's Mouth. Originally based in Forum, the bar will be reopening in an exciting new location.
**Job Summary**
The Bartender will work with a team of staff operating in the bar and the service sections to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in line with the Company's business objectives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Operations**
- You shall be responsible for inventory management, including but not limited to Cocktails, Spirits, and Non-Alcoholic beverages through proper planning and utilization of available resources.
- Work with the Bar Manager to improve restaurant standards and service benchmarks to increase revenue and reduce costs, which include food and beverage, manpower, supply, and utility costs.
- Jointly responsible for achieving sales targets, quality expectations, and service performance.
- Responsible for the update of the recipe book containing methods, quantities, and pictures of all cocktails served at KYTHM
- Responsible for the KYTHM cocktail program through the creation of new drinks
- Work and liaise with the kitchen on bar food feedback as well as pairings to grow food sales
- Attend daily role calls before each service
- Helping other outlets who may be short-handed if and when their operation allows
- Walkthrough work area including entrance and washroom before operation daily to ensure a clean, neat, tidy and smell-free environment
**Service**
- Supervise the team and ensure the execution of a high level of service and drink standards
- Participate in service to support the team.
- Ensure reservations are captured, recorded, and honored
- Handling and resolving guest complaints
**Health and Safety**
- Ensure all equipment and spaces conform to sanitary regulations and high housekeeping standards
- Enforce food labeling.
- Monitor and ensure proper handling of equipment
**Others**
- Any other tasks as assigned to you by the Bar Manager.
