**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proficiently use CRM systems for client management.
- Primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments, and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on changes in processes, systems, or activities to complete daily tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and presenting them to management.
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in reading and writing
- Strong team collaboration, service orientation, and adherence to standards.
- Multitasking, able to prioritizes tasks and complete it efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
