**Jenga Corp wishes to hire an Accounts Executive.**

**About the role**:

- Calculate customer account balances and ensure accuracy;
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time;
- Record all business transactions;
- Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs;
- Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash;
- Collect the needed business records used for banking processes;
- Prepare financial statements (according to Singapore FRS) under the guidance of supervisor;
- Generate GST report for GST return filings;
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any;

**You should have**:

- Education in Accounting, Finance;
- Ability to exercise judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information;
- Positive attitude, driven and ready to take on challenges;
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles;
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
- Proficient oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients);
