**Role #1**

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible to get the Finished Goods delivered as per plan.
- Work closely with Strategy Commodity Managers & Order Fulfilment Team for forecasting and planning processes
- Ensuring internal KPI, goals and projects are accomplished and aligned with business objectives and Annual Operating Plan
- Developing integrated project plans for business process improvement, including implementation schedule, end user coordination and all necessary information requirements of a project and/or Finished Goods related initiatives.

**Role #2**

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods from end to end
- Define and monitor supplier performance indexes
- Review/ approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements
- Be the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ misses
- Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams/ manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plans
- Process improvements
- Supporting cost reduction efforts

**Requirements for both roles**:

- Diploma/Degree
- SAP knowledge is must
- Relevant experience
