Roles & Responsibilities

This job will report to the Imaging Division’s Supply Chain Manager in Asia and the Division's Supply Chain Director in France.

The main project consists of supporting the growing planning team in Asia, mainly looking after the production site in Singapore (Electrical Wafer sorting), and supervising production plants in the region (China, Philippines, and subcontractors in Taiwan). The Asian team is present on 2 sites: Hsinchu Taiwan and Singapore, and has been growing since 2017.

**Main responsibilities**
- Follow up the daily production in the EWS site, incoming/outputs,
- Manage the potential conflicts of priority, and ensure communication with the stakeholders
- Support the new products transferred from Europe to Asia, following at each process step, and being accountable for the smooth execution,
- Contribute in demand planning process for the division, as part of S&OP (Sales & Operational Planning)
- Coordinate cross-functional topics such as supply risks
- Analyze and provide visibility on potential out of stocks risks and liaise with the stakeholders for management of allocation process
- The job incumbent may be assigned additional tasks/ missions depending on business needs and his/ her performance on the job.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Supply Chain management/ planning, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in supply chain planning, logistics and/ or purchasing.
- Prior exposure to production environment.
- Strong analytical skill and good numerical reasoning; prior experience in project management.
- Knowledge in forecasting, familiarity with manufacturing processes, ideally in an international context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
SAP knowledge preferable
