We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Workshop Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service throughout their vehicle repair and maintenance process. Your role will involve coordinating service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, communicating with technicians, and delivering a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of workshop resources.
- Consult with customers to gather information about vehicle issues and concerns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance, including cost estimates.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of required work.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
- Assist customers with additional service requests, such as arranging loaner vehicles or coordinating shuttle services.
- Process invoices and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs performed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and a focus on resolution.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technical advancements, and manufacturer guidelines.

Working Hours:

- Mon - Fri 10am to 7pm
- Sat 10am to 2pm
- PH and Sun Closed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in automotive service is a plus.
- Proven experience (min 2 years) as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills to manage customer information and process service orders.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A valid driver's license.
