Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to be the main link between our customers and the service department. In this position, you will need to understand customer needs, offer expert advice on vehicle care and repairs, and ensure a smooth service experience. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy interacting with customers, have good communication skills, and are committed to providing excellent customer service, we would love for you to join our team

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist operation of the workshop.
  • Fleet control customer vehicles during their service time.
  • Liaise with customer's vehicle for repair & collection.
  • Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
  • Logistics of the company.
  • Checking and verifying invoices with purchasers and liaise with Accounts Department on all payment matters.
  • All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience & qualifications in automotive industry would be advantage.
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Working Location: Sin Ming & Soon Lee
