**Responsibilities**:

- Identify high-quality POS projects and on-chain Defi projects that can potentially partner up with OKX's platform, be responsible for the follow-up of the project, and secure partnerships that could further value add to our exchange.
- Execute exciting projects with our Defi partners to increase traffic onto the platform.
- Establish a good relationship with overseas blockchain investment institutions and conduct business analysis and evaluation when needed.
- Regularly conduct research on latest trends in the industry, gathering insights from community, clients, partners.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good knowledge in the Defi space, and native understanding of blockchain, crypto and different use case of Defi protocols
- Excellent communication, with the ability to pitch good ideas across.
- Ability to withstand pressure and strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
