**What the role is**
- Technical Executive (Building)

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a team involved in the management and archival of Architectural, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical as-built building plans of HDB properties. The job scope includes maintaining and updating of electronic plans library, and searching and retrieving digital plans (in pdf) as requested by customers. You will also be involved in liaising with the off-site storage Term Contractor and National Archives for archival of the plans.

**What we are looking for**
- Possess good background in Engineering, Building or Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience - Have good knowledge in reading technical drawings and use of Microsoft Office tools - Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM software will be an advantage - Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, be independent, meticulous and able to work as a team
