**Responsibilities**:

- Execute order fulfilment including accurate picking and packaging or orders, update backend system and arranging delivery
- Ensuring efficient and effective flow of daily packing operations and customer service levels
- Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers’ orders based on established procedures and service level agreements.
- Prepare, process, and sort products to be delivered to and return from our customers, stores and other fulfilment centres
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer goods.
- Perform stock takes and quality check of the merchandise in warehouse.
- Creating and maintaining new listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Maintain and manage accurate inventory data of physical inventory records on a daily basis across our own monobrand platform and other e-commerce platforms
- Perform ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent, preferred
- Min. 1 year experience in E-Commerce Operations, Warehousing and related functions
- Proficient in MS-Excel is an advantage
- Organized, meticulous, assertive and good numerical skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
