We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Regional Commercial Payments (CPS) Product Management team based in our Singapore office. The CPS Specialist will be responsible for developing & supporting various initiatives for the Small Business Segment to grow our market share across the region.
Role
- Enhance the Small Business Customer Value Proposition (CVP) by managing Small Business Loyalty Programs, including merchant offer procurement (directly or via third parties) as well as offer presentment on digital platforms such as Priceless Specials
- Work with the Strategic Partnerships and Consumer Cards teams in procuring or leveraging merchant offers for Small Business cardholders
- Manage content and partnerships relating to the SME Digital Acceleration microsites (online resource center for Small Businesses) across the region.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to develop impactful campaigns, collaterals and announcements that highlight Mastercard’s Loyalty Programs, SME Digital Acceleration sites, and other initiatives that support SMEs
- Liaise closely with CPS product and sales teams across the region, and participate from time to time in customer discussions, to develop market-specific or customer-specific SME CVP
- Keep track of competitor activities and strategies, and latest trends in the Small Business payments space
- Develop business case for new initiatives and assist in securing necessary executive and budget approvals
- Provide support in the development of new products which cover research, ideation, project management, stakeholder management and communications
- Participate in business planning and development of budgets and presentations.
- Handle vendor onboarding, supplier payments, and other administrative tasks to support the team’s activities.
All About You
- At least 18 months of work experience, excluding internships
- A confident and resourceful self-starter, comfortable working with strong degree of autonomy to accomplish results, and able to navigate the organization’s various “ways” and practices
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, visualization and writing skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint
