**Job Summary**:
As a **Learning & Development Coordinator **, you will be instrumental in building a pipeline of future representatives for Caterpillar. This position assists in Caterpillar’s formal development and recruiting program for entry and mid-level Machine and Engine, Aftermarket, Sales and Service Representatives in Southeast Asia. Learning & Development Coordinator leads the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist in the organization of a 10-12-week training program, called MTC, across different countries.
- Focus on Employee Experience, ensuring participants can get optimal learning outcomes.
- Attend the MTC bedrock and assist with implementing continuous improvement to program and its delivery.
- Provide mentoring to pre field marketing representatives and have the opportunity to become a Clifton Strengths Finder Coach.
- Administer, coordinate, and track the Pre-field marketing representatives during their rotational assignments; assist and coordinate visa requests.
- Potentially support the recruiting and hiring of between 15 to 30 new marketing representatives each year. This requires coordination of in-office interviews, career fairs, and initial resume screening.
- Be part of global team of coordinators to help support regional and enterprise talent intiatives
- Responsibility for organizing and executing ad-hoc trainings of 1 to 2 weeks at a time throughout the year.
- Support the mass-enrolment to other third-party training sessions for the whole company.

**Additional Info**:
This position requires travelling about 20% of the time.
