Our client is a leading MedTech company committed to advancing healthcare through innovation, precision diagnostics, and cutting-edge medical devices. With a strong emphasis on research and product development, they are looking to expand its scientific leadership with a **Senior Research Manager**to drive innovation and lead complex research initiatives. This **Senior Research Manager**will lead cross-functional research projects, from concept development through to clinical validation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage research projects to support product development and innovation pipelines.
- Design experimental studies, protocols, and methodologies aligned with regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate insights that guide product design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
- Supervise and mentor research scientists and associates.
- Stay current with technological advances and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into the company’s innovation strategy.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, research reports, and publications.Support regulatory submissions and interactions by providing scientific data and evidence.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in MedTech, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare R&D.
- Proven track record of managing research teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of medical device development processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR).
- Hands-on experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and scientific writing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in working with clinical partners or academic institutions is a plus.
