Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary need to be able to handle the service team responsibilities or cover if needed
- Leading and guiding service team to fulfill their responsibilities
- Review and support service team training requirement
- Provide training to agents / distributors as needed
- Prepare and timely submit all reports relating to service team
- Prepare budgeting and attend meetings relating to service team
- Plan and to achieve KPI / MBO of service team
- Audit distributors’ support capabilities in conjunction with sales team
- Support and communicate HR or company policies to the team
- Any other requirements as assigned by Company
Requirement
- Knowledge and practical use of standard vacuum technology practices is an advantage.
- Must posses at least Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 3 years’ direct working experience in similar sales and service environment including demonstrated success in supervising/managing a team of 3 to 4 employees.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, and models good behaviors for direct reports and other employees.
- Requires outstanding problem solving, follow-through, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors. Use judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action. Authority is to act within defined policies and practices.
- Critical soft skills include self-motivation, the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, professionalism, written and oral communication skills, and strong team and customer orientation.
- Moderate excel, word, and access database skills.
- Ability to work with a global team, respecting different cultures from all regions.
- Occasional overseas travelling is a requisite
- Able to handle weight of at least ~20KG
