**Position**: Digital Marketing Intern
**Location**: Remote (Work-from-Home)
**Schedule**: Flexible (Default: 9 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri, with downtime for personal pursuits if no tasks are assigned)
**Period**: 3-6 months, starting February 2025

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and optimize the social media posting calendar to ensure consistency and audience engagement

**2. Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and on-brand content, including TikToks, Reels, and other short-form videos to showcase our products and brand values.
- Brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with trending topics and engage target audiences.

**3. Copywriting**:

- Write compelling captions, taglines, and short articles for social media and marketing materials.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and brand consistency.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and posts.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of popular platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging visuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage time effectively.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus but not mandatory.
