**About the Role**

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic **Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager** to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive customer acquisition, and expand our market share.

You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, and digital performance channels to ensure maximum ROI, sustainable growth, and consistent first-page search visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Digital Advertising & Paid Media**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and creative assets to maximize ROI.
- A/B test creatives, ad copy, and targeting to improve performance.

**2. SEO & Organic Growth**
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to achieve first-page rankings for targeted keywords.
- Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, implementing improvements as needed.

**3. Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy**
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to increase leads and conversions.
- Analyze customer data to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

**4. Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

**5. Social Media & Content Amplification**
- Oversee paid and organic social campaigns to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Work with content creators to develop high-converting assets for campaigns.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with brand messaging and tone.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing PPC, social media ad campaigns, and SEO projects.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of accountability for business results.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in tourism, retail, e-commerce, lifestyle brand would be preferred, although not necessary.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

**KPIs for Success**
- **Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)** within target range.
- **Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)** consistently meeting/exceeding goals.
- **SEO Rankings** - achieve and maintain top 3 SERP positions for key terms.
- **Lead Volume** - month-on-month growth in quality leads.
- **Market Share Growth** - measurable brand presence improvement.
