**Job Title**: Marketing & Sales Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations initiatives.
- **Sales Management**:Drive sales performance to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and partners.Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Develop training programs, performance metrics, and professional growth opportunities for staff.
- **Budget Management**:Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget to optimize return on investment.
- Monitor costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work**:Work closely with product development, customer support, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer experiences.
**Job Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record with a minimum of 5-7 years in marketing and sales roles, with 2-3 years in management preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign metrics to drive strategic initiatives.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; skilled in making persuasive presentations and fostering professional relationships.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, data analytics, and a strong grasp of digital marketing practices.
- **Results-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable outcomes for marketing campaigns.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into successful sales and marketing strategies.

- Sales targets and growth metrics

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
