**About the Crafti Collective**

We build health and wellness e-com brands that help our customers feel good and live fully. Over the last 4 years, we started and grew our 1st health and wellness brand to over 7-figures in annual revenue and have been growing at ~70-80% year-on-year. Since then, we've launched a second sister brand in the beauty space.

As we continue towards our vision of building an 8-figure portfolio, we're looking for talented individuals to join our young and dynamic team.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**

As a Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, producing, and deploying top-notch performance marketing content for our brand, Crafti, and our other sister brand(s). Creative copywriting will serve as your foundational skillset to create engaging content that entertains, inspires, educates, and converts.

In this role, you will:

- write compelling, creative direct-response copy for social media content (in particular for Reels / TikTok);
- create native-style social media ads that can both engage and convert;
- prepare video ad scripts in line with the direction above;
- manage a content pipeline (i.e. work with creators and editors to film and edit creatives)
- deploy and distribute the content produced on social media channels; and
- analyse the performance of Meta ads via analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Manager).
- Excellent communication skills with English as a first language.
- Strong analytical skills - able to dissect core drivers of working ads
- Experience in content creation and short form video production (TikTok / Reels).
- Basic proficiency in video editing (Capcut / Premiere Pro) and graphic design (Canva).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

**Work Environment**:

- Our team generally works remotely with weekly video meetings, and we have biweekly physical meetups and content shoots.
- As you will have a large amount of independence within this working arrangement, we require team members to have high accountability & responsiveness.
