**Your day to day**
voco Orchard Singapore is seeking dynamic and passionate F&B staff for its kitchens. Working together with your leaders, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service for its food and beverge outlets and dining spaces.
- To provide professional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Follows the established service sequence to provide consistent service at all times
- Maximise restaurant revenue by upselling restaurant menu items to guests
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)
- Attend shift briefings to keep updated on hotel activities and operational requirements
- Interact with outside contacts such as Guests - to ensure their total satisfaction and suppliers - regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally.
- May assist with other duties where required by superiors

**What we need from you** What we need from you**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Manager
- Working experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage
- Posses a valid food hygiene certificate
- Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
