**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across one or more outlets
- Lead and train a team of servers on service protocols, hygiene standards, and POS operations
- Prepare and manage rice during service periods, and oversee apportioning of dishes
- Handle and reconcile cash and digital payments; conduct end-of-day closing procedures
- Maintain FOH cleanliness, including display warmers and serving counters
- Manage customer interactions and resolve any service-related issues
- Collaborate with central kitchen and operations teams to support daily needs and service improvements
- Maintain inventory of serving supplies and escalate procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with NEA food hygiene and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in F&B service, preferably with prior supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Proficient in handling POS systems, cash, and digital payment methods
- Able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and independently troubleshoot minor issues
- Willingness to be rostered across different outlets in Singapore
- Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification required (training can be arranged)
- Bilingualism in English and Mandarin or other local languages is an advantage
