Senior Executive, Regional Digital Marketing (digital imaging/camera) & Website management

Job Summary

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to support the creation, execution, and optimization of regional digital marketing campaigns to engage our customers and help achieve business goals.

You will assist the Digital Marketing Manager to develop deep understanding of the targeted digital imaging/camera customer audience and their needs in the APAC region, developing a scalable marketing strategy to address them.

**Job Description**:

- To be responsible for building/sustaining an online community/CRM strategy, setting up digital KPIs and monitoring process, deriving action plans, and working closely with the counterparts of different countries to execute these actions.
- To regularly monitor and share the results with proposed action plan to Management for ongoing campaigns (digital media and KOL/Influencer activities) utilizing MarTech tools such as Analytics and BI dashboard.
- To be responsible for the development, execution and delivery of digital marketing strategy and direction set by key stakeholders.
- To be responsible for setup of campaign dashboards and KOL/Influencer monitoring reports, to perform analysis, track effectiveness and to share these results with action plan on a regular basis to key stakeholders.
- To contribute to the CRM strategy of the business by improving the design, customer experience, engagement and conversion points of the related digital/web platforms.
- To manage tracking codes, upload microsite and YouTube assets
- To be the gatekeeper for regional website governance and web platform issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management
- Experience in Consumer Electronics Industry - Digital Imaging preferred (Interchangeable Lens Cameras, Compact Cameras)
- 1-2 years Digital Marketing Experience - Knowledge in Digital Paid Media (including media planning) and KOL/Influencer Marketing
- Proficient in Analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred, or Google Analytics)
- Excel knowledge
- Quick at learning basics of new platforms/tools
- Some CMS experience is a bonus (e.g. wordpress) and familiarity with HTML
- Power BI knowledge is a bonus
- Good communication and organizational skills
