GrabMaps is the team within Grab that provides the core location platform powering all Grab business services. We build the freshest and most accurate maps of SouthEast Asia working alongside key partners and our community; and serve Grab’s users with search, routing, navigation and a host of platform capabilities that other teams at Grab build upon. GrabMaps is also Grab’s latest Enterprise offering, and is building a healthy business - using our unique capabilities to help others solve problems similar to the ones we have solved.
**Get to Know the Role**:
To this end, we are looking for a strong Senior Manager - Business Planning & Strategy in our team to build, streamline and drive internal and external facing processes, and strategic projects across the breadth of GrabMaps.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- You will report to the Head of GrabMaps
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams across tech, business, and corporate functions
- You will plan the internal business processes for the GrabMaps team, as it relates to the services GrabMaps provides the rest of Grab’s business teams like Mobility and Deliveries
- You will plan and execute on key external partnerships and customer engagements necessary to make GrabMaps a successful Enterprise business for Grab
- You will manage key strategic projects across both internal and external facing needs for GrabMaps
- You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and driving a comprehensive GrabMaps strategy
**The Must-Haves**:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (mandatory)
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a senior commercial ops or account ops executive or operations team lead within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, SaaS, corporate or startup company.
- Proven track record in building and driving operational excellence and best practices. Ability to work independently, deal with data analysis and increase the operational efficiency of the business.
- Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
- An ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
- Familiarity with Pricing, Sales, Account Management, and other Enterprise functions
- Proficiency in customer experience tools (Salesforce CRM, Tableau reporting dashboards)
- Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides)
