**Human Resources**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of site staff and workers.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Liaise with subcontractors and labor suppliers to manage manpower.
- Monitor worker health, safety, and welfare in coordination with HSE staff.

**Administration**:

- Oversee general administrative activities at the project site (transport, housekeeping, accommodation, etc.).
- Manage inventory and procurement of office and site supplies.
- Maintain and manage site infrastructure such as camp facilities, mess, and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project and employee records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on HR and admin-related matters.
- Handle logistics and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Ensure smooth coordination with government departments for permits and licenses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 5 experience in HR/Admin, preferably in the construction sector.
- Familiarity with labor laws, site HR practices, and statutory compliance.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMIS software.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a remote project environment.
