**Fab Sourcing Manager**:

- Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 7234**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
- Gather Fab intelligence information on Supply Chain related to Supplier, Customer and Competitor
- Deploy and execute Aligned Fab Sourcing Strategy
- Perform monthly capacity analysis and planning to secure capacity allocation to meet forecast / demand
- Continuously assess and identify potential risk and plan to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for critical materials, equipment, and services.
- Support Corp Sourcing on collaboration with Foundry engineering and operations teams to understand sourcing requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with GP to drive weekly Plan of Action to close Revenue Gaps
- Support Corp Sourcing in contracts and agreements negotiation to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with Corp Souring to organize half yearly Supplier Business Review
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies in quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Ensure Supplier Compliance
- Support Corp Sourcing in compensation claims

**Requirements**:

- Masters/bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ prior experience for the wafer fabrication industry
- Ability to perform quantitative and cost analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of contract and ability to interpret the content and its impact
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP or ERP) and tools.
