Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems in a wafer fab cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Installations, Repairs, and Maintenance: Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment according to specified standards and quality guidelines.
  • Job Coordination: Coordinate and complete jobs within allocated timeframes, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Troubleshooting: Liaise with principal engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Collection: Collect and compile data from site visits, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to technical inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wafer fab machine installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated positive working behavior and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
  • General IT experience.
  • Test equipment management and troubleshooting.
  • Preventive maintenance strategies.
