Job Description">

As an Assistant Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Wafer Fab Cleanroom machines.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing on-site installation, repairing, servicing, and maintenance of Wafer Fab Cleanroom machines.
  • Coordinating and completing jobs within allocated time frames.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with specified standards and qualities.
  • Providing timely, professional, and accurate information to customers' technical service inquiries.
  • Liaising with principals on unresolved technical problems and maintaining proper records.
  • Collecting and compiling data on site.
  • Performing standby duties, working overtime, and adapting to shift schedules as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • An ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to work in the North region.
  • Preferred: General IT experience.
