**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES**:
**Your Job**:

- Lead and coach a team of product engineers to perform product yield ramp up for new or existing product/new technology introduction.
- To work with fab and customer for product yield goal setting.
- Identify possibility of yield gain for baseline yield improvement.
- Daily review wafer sort or final test yields, surface low yield issue or quality issues. Perform detailed data analysis using various statistical/data mining tools to identify low yield root cause.
- Closely work with Process Integration and Process & Equipment engineer to provide timely yield feedback to enable fast yield ramp to mature.
- Prepare detail and clear yield indices and reports/pareto of yield deviation to the Fab team to provide the direction of process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports to customers in routine or adhoc meeting.
- Working with yield management system team for new yield analysis method development and implementation to continue improving YE efficiencies.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required **Qualifications**:

- PhD/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry with strong knowledge of fab process, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
- At least 10 years’ experience in semiconductor industry with strong knowledge of Fab process, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess experience in SEM, FIB, and emission microscope will be value-added.
