Bukit Batok, Singapore PBT Engineering Pte Ltd Full time

**Job Objectives/Job Summary**:

- Engineering & Construction Industry - Full processing of accounts payable function in compliance to accounting standards, GST regulations and Group internal control procedures

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Process and handle entire spectrum of accounts payable transactions, including payments (via trust receipt, cheque, Giro, letter of credit, petty cash etc) and creditors reconciliations
- Prepare budgeted cash flows based on cash flow requirement
- Recommend improvement on the process flows, controls etc
- Deal with various internal parties such as project teams and purchasing team
- Liaise with various external parties such as suppliers, bankers, auditors and other relevant third parties
- Prepare relevant finance reporting to Management
- Assist Manager/Managing Directors in relation to work related field
- Ad hoc assignments

**Job Specifications/Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Studies/Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on accounts payable process and dealing with them
- Familiar with accounting standards, taxes, best practices and other relevant rules and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office knowledge
- Must possess positive attitude and willing to work as a team in helping each other
- Must possess excellent working and communication skills to interact effectively with business associates (suppliers, subcontractors, bankers etc)
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with all levels in the Group
- Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet timeline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
