We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Singapore office.
Job Description:
1. Accounts Receivables
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivables process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoice
- Downloading of sales transactions from various online sales platforms and allocating revenue based on product.
- Maintain thorough records of transactions to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
2. Accounts Payables (AP)
- Manage the accounts payables process, including verifying, coding, and processing supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors in accordance with company policies and agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. General Ledger (GL)
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
4. Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report
- Compile and analyze sales data on a weekly and monthly basis to generate detailed sales reports.
- Updating of sales figures in accordance to sale channels and products
- Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.
5. Inventory Management Support:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive stock takes at various retail locations and warehouses
- Ensure accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on stock levels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
