A client services account manager is typically in charge of building positive relationships with clients through efficient customer support and services. Their responsibilities include overseeing the performance of staff, managing the budgets and schedules, setting objectives and guidelines, implementing solutions on problem areas, and developing strategies to optimize procedures. Furthermore, as a client services account manager, it is essential to lead and encourage teams to reach goals and participate in reaching out to clients through calls and correspondence, offering them products and services in a professional yet positive manner.|

**Specific Responsiblities**:
1. Create and implement new marketing initiative to highlight industry expertise and consultative solutions within the healthcare arena

2. Resolve escalated issue at management level on client accounts relating to invoices or contract disputes between healthcare and insurance companies.

3. Maintain effective regular communication with customers, collect and check customer information with existing records

4. Ensure records of customer interactions are kept up-todate and maintain in accordance with organisation procedures and relevant legislation

**Competencies**:
1. Lead customer interaction on service related issues and orchestrate actions to ensure quick resolution.

2. Maintain records and documentation relating to customer relationships

3. Guide operational plan development to support achievement of customer relationship management strategies

**Duration of Traineeships **:6 months
