Singapore Canon Full time

Job Duties- Liase PSS (Purchase, Sales, Stock) communications with Canon overseas company and Internal Departments for the assigned PPS portfolio planning.
- Manage inventory control to both maintain optimized Consol inventory level and minimize Consol Slow Moving stock (SLM) in Regional as well as Canon Sales Companies in the region.
- Gather and analyse sales forecast from sales companies and create purchasing plan to HQ or third party vendors.
- Support Canon Sales Companies in making their PSS Plan for timely submission.
- Coordinate with Area and Product Marketing teams in new product launching and old products EOL clearance plan.
- Ensure goods are received and made available for timely supply.
- Attend to customer's enquires or requests for stocks allocations and delivery.
- Follow up on shipment schedule from factory and advise to customers accordingly.
- Liaise with sales companies, Canon HQ, warehouse and logistics and IT Division on all Supply Chain matters.
- Assist in the shipment arrangement to Canon Sales Companies and Canon Business Partners as assigned by Manager.
- Support the Department Manager in some Management Reporting and other ad-hoc reports.
