Senior Supply Chain Manager - Regional Chocolate Planning

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing regional chocolate supply planning activities across different horizons. This includes tactical supply planning for chocolate and collaboration with Global chocolate supply planning, Operational planning and factories.

  • Develop and implement supply plans to optimize service to customers, minimize inventory and optimize total delivered cost.
  • Lead monthly Chocolate Tactical Plan and S&OP preparation, including scenario creation and factory alignment.
  • Collaborate with plant management leadership to ensure sites are accountable for plan execution, and provide support and training to plant supply chain teams.
  • Oversee raw material and packaging planning for the region, aligning with cocoa planning teams on cocoa requirements and defining finished good inventory strategies.
About You:
  • 10-15 years of experience in a senior Supply Chain and/or Operations management function in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor or master degree in business administration, economics or similar.
  • APIC CPIM certification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to lead and manage change in a complex environment.
  • Proficient in English and strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
