**The Opportunity**

Our team's collective skills grew Living DNA from a passion to the #1 modern rug brand in Singapore. Since 2015, we have made 8000+ homes in Singapore mindful, meaningful, and beautiful. The global home decor market is growing by 5% however we are growing in double digits. We have built a viable business with a vision to make sustainable home interiors a way of life, and now we are taking Singapore’s artisanal home styling expertise to the world

**How You Will Contribute**
- Build a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for B2B and B2C to achieve the brand's growth objectives.
- Manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations
- Mentor and manage your team of marketing executives as well as external vendors towards shared goals
- Design, implement and track marketing campaigns across digital channels primarily across PPC, SEM, SEO, social media, remarketing to achieve target lead volume and quality
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationships/Sales team to understand our customer needs, motivations and behaviours to strengthen our marketing strategy
- Drive the Living DNA Trade Programme for interior design professionals and corporate projects
- Lead product design and sourcing strategy, retail visual merchandising and store expansion planning
- Ensure our website is built for high lead conversion. Work closely with the website developers to share top-to-bottom funnel conversion improvement ideas, prepare content, rethink the customer experience
- Drive photography, videography, written content creation that inspires, gives value, is timely and consistent with the Living DNA brand promise
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
