My client (in home furnishing industry) is seeking a creative marketing manager to promote their company's brand and services. In this role, the incumbent will be optimizing their marketing strategies both online and offline, managing the marketing department's budget. This position works on the marketing plan to create awareness, loyalty and high impact activities with proven return on the marketing investment. In addition, this position is required to collaborate with other departments to identify marketing opportunities and increase profit.
Managing a full spectrum of Marketing which covers:
- Assist the company in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy (both online and offline)
- Promote brand awareness and increase market share.
- Overseeing all branding, advertising, activities, and promotional campaigns
- Identify marketing channels and generating quality leads
- Responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
- Manage company’s marketing assets and materials (both soft copy and hard copy)
- Develop creative content for publishing
- Provide accurate and measurable monthly reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with various advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. (E.g., videographer, photographer)
- And all other ad hoc tasks assigned.
**Job Requirement**
- Degree holder in marketing or IT related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing or related work experience with solid knowledge in marketing
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Multimedia is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing and measurement.
