**We Expect**:
As a Strategic Project Manager, We expect you to work closely with our internal teams to plan, build relationships and deliver to all the stakeholders of the projects. You will be used to working autonomously and be trusted to own challenges and make decisions.

You must be meticulous, a strong decision-maker, and a great communicator - adept at extracting the Company’s vision and communicating it to internal teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables; and working closely with internal stakeholders to cognise their needs and expectations.
- End to end program management - project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
- Manage stakeholders’ communications and expectations across different projects
- Monitor progress and ensure requirements are met as projects evolve
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective, Ensure meet the deadlines and end goal for each project.
- Proactively track all projects’ KPIs to ensure proper focus and attention is given to mitigate any risks.
- Prepare weekly project status reports, analyze progress and highlight any key challenges to stakeholders.
- Escalate risks to management on any issues which may affect release scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Cost-conscious in management of all activities to increase profitability
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and geographically dispersed cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Open to working and liaising with multiple departments
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Strong personality with a “making things happen” & “crushing obstacles” mindset
- Creative and passionate about proposing ideas
- Good communication (written and verbal) and people skills
- Independent, self-motivated, highly organized and possessing an eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Location: 29 Media Circle
