Provide excellent customer service, in keeping with the brand’s tone of voice, always maintaining a friendly disposition.
- Internalize knowledge of the company’s offerings, to assist customers with styling advice, product knowledge, size requests, and other customer queries.
- Perform changing room duties, arranging customers’ changing room queue, steaming clothes, and hanging back of clothes in an orderly way.
- Perform cashier duties including processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the store’s setup and visual merchandising standards.
- Pack orders for customers, always keeping a tidy working environment.
- Assist with stock replenishments and preparation of display pieces.
- Other miscellaneous tasks related to the store, packing of orders, and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Min. A Level Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing environments
- Proficient in English
- Commitment period : 16 weeks minimum, 3 days per week including 1 weekend and public holiday
- Located at Clarke Quay, Singapore
- Uniforms provided

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
