Role Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Continuously analyse trends, trading volumes, and liquidity conditions to adapt liquidity strategies dynamically
- Use internal tools to proactively manage liquidity and associated relationships
- Manage the order book to ensure a tight bid-ask spread which is attractive for traders, reducing slippage and enhancing trading activity
- Ensure that liquidity management contributes to a seamless trading experience, where new strategies can be executed with confidence and support
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with clients, with daily engagement
- Proactively identify opportunities and areas to improve our existing liquidity management function
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products and markets in which you work; actively solicit feedback from industry participants through various means, including trade calls, surveys, industry events, trade shows and conferences
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
- Understand the desk’s business strategy and identify new ideas relating to trends, future markets, products and clients
- Understand pertinent regulation within the evolving regulatory landscape
- Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with group policies
- Exercise independent judgement and act with integrity, care, skill and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate

Experience / Competences:

- Has 3+ years' experience in Liquidity Management in electronic markets
- Has experience operating/overseeing electronic solutions for trading (CLOB / RFQ / Dark Pool)
- Understands / has experience with post trade settlement and clearing workflows (bilateral, centrally cleared)
- Preference for experience with FIX/REST API’s
- Has extensive experience managing and developing client relationships
- Dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders outside of the immediate desk environment
- Has a keen interest in cryptoassets & blockchain
