About Our Client

Our client is a global fintech and financial infrastructure provider offering multi-asset trading technology and liquidity solutions to institutional partners. With a strong and growing presence in Asia-Pacific, the firm is known for its robust trading systems, cross-asset capabilities, and commitment to delivering best-in-class execution for its clients. As part of their expansion in the region, they are now looking to appoint a senior liquidity leader to drive their APAC strategy from Singapore.

Job Description
  • Lead the regional eFX liquidity strategy, covering sourcing, optimisation, pricing, and execution quality.
  • Manage and grow prime brokerage relationships, including credit line management and operational work flows.
  • Identify and mitigate toxic flow, latency arbitrage, and abusive trading behaviours.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Risk, Quant, Sales, and Tech to deliver robust liquidity solutions.
  • Leverage Python and SQL to analyse pricing data, spread behaviour, and liquidity performance.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 10 years of strategic liquidity management experience within eFX.
  • Strong existing network with top-tier liquidity providers, including both bank and non-bank LPs.
  • Proven expertise in institutional liquidity provision and prime brokerage oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with dealing teams, including quant or systematic desks, to enhance execution and pricing.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysing pricing data, flow patterns, and market conditions.
