Stock Administrator Executive

**Responsibilities
**Day to Day Operation**
- Performing daily inventory duties, assist in stock inventory from suppliers, outlets and deliveries.
- Manage, ensure documentation, filing are updated to record accordingly.
- Perform basic stock taking and inventory check.
- Ensure adherence to office and workstation policies including cleanliness and a safe working environment
- Require to liaise with outlets on inventories assistance.

**Administrative**
- To assist manager on generating reports.
- Provide overall office administrative support to the manager and director as neccessary.
- Data entry to managing system and excel.
- Coordinate any office and admin related procurement and services with vendors
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties.

**Qualifications**

**GCE O/N Level, fresh grad are welcomed.**
- Literacy and proficient in English and Chinese.
- Microsoft excel
- Self motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently
- Well-organised
- Positive attitude, willing to learn.
- Able to multi task.
