Assist in the management of IT infrastructure services and resources (data center management, servers, storage & backup, on premise and private or public cloud platforms) that support IT and OT operations for the company operation (Asia, Canada, Europe)
- Assist with the processes of onboarding IT hosting infrastructure for industrial plants, in different Vale's operations (mostly in Asia pacific region), absorbing existing assets and adding basic security components such as patching, anti-virus, backup, AD.
- Perform GAP analysis with projects following “waterfall” model and adapt agile methodology and deviation to deploy regionally.
- Always act according to the best IT practices, aiming to deliver support services with excellence, compatible with the requirements of the business
- Ensure efficiency and quality in the delivery of IT infrastructure services for IT and OT operations in the areas identified
- Participate in the IT / OT integration program of work.
- Constantly seek opportunities to optimize the costs of IT infrastructure services for IT and OT operations when working with project teams.
- Maintain Continual Improvement Register (CIR) to track items such as asset list inventory, Request for Change, capacity assessment,
- To contribute for service transition by delivering local services developed by Innovation and that are required by the business;
- Project manage different initiative and maintain company
- Maintain and update OPA (Organizational Process Assets) VALE PMO tool when project requires it.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in project management (PMI, prince) advantageous.
- IT Certification (associate level enough) preferable CCNA, MCSA equivalent, AWS-cloud practitioner or azure equivalent.
- 5 years related experience in IT or industrial IT
- ITIL service management in previous role.
- Demonstrated project management experience, especially in IT infrastructure and digital transformation, network refresh.
- Experience with:

- Server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies
- Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies
- LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies, preferably Cisco
- Network zoning for IT & OT integration
- Security best practices in the context of IT & OT
- SCADA, DCS, programmable logic controller (PLC), HMI, remote terminal unit (RTU) or related industrial control systems including protocols such as ModBus/Profibus
- Operator performance solutions (OPC), historians, and relational databases
- Infrastructure project small medium size
- Telco services and links, Internet, network security, voice and video services, wired and wireless networks
