We are looking for a Head of Technology to build and maintain e-commerce websites, content management workflows and internal tools across the division.

The responsibilities include managing a team of developers, as well as being in charge of implementing new features and projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and integrate our e-commerce websites and backends ecosystems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing codes
- Keep the platforms, workflows and documentation up-to-date
- Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
- Liaise with E-commerce manager, logistics, finance, product owner, designers and content managers to decide on workflow to implement
- Liaise the Group CTO to ensure that the technical approach is in line with the group technical vision

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years managing developers
- At least 3 years experience with Shopify or major e-commerce platforms
- Experience working with microservices architectures
- Experience deploying and architecting websites on AWS
- Understanding of Serverless Architecture
- Understanding of AWS Lambda
- Understanding of GraphQL
- Strong knowledge and skills with HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Strong knowledge working with code builders, optimisers and tasks runners
- Fluent in Git
- Good at working collaboratively with other developers
- Good at managing developers and teaching best practices
- Experience with automated software deployments and continuous delivery
- Experience with headless CMS is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding the music industry is a plus
