About the Position:
As a** Service Superintendent**, you will be responsible for:

- Performing navigation system newbuild, retrofit and service projects.
- Attending ships in terminal, anchorage, shipyard for newbuild and repair, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting services.
- Conducting box/ transactional/large scale sales relationship with the customer.
- Report and documentation as per company procedures (E.g. Update of Software, database, etc.).
- Timely completion of technical and service work report
- Conducting fault-finding process and resolve the technical issue onboard as appropriate.
- Providing technical support both onsite and remotely for Wärtsilä ANCS(Automation, Navigation & Control Systems) product to the customer.
- Providing operational and maintenance trainings for Wärtsilä ANCS(Automation, Navigation & Control Systems) product to customers onboard and in classroom environment.
- Providing support to coordinators.
- Ensuring that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

**To be successful in this role, you should**:

- At least a Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or related field with at least three years of relevant experience
- Experience in programming, commissioning, and service of Marine navigation systems.
- Experience in the hardware and software for the Marine navigation systems
- Excellent product knowledge in SAM Electronics and other navigation System.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Result-based mindset.
- Systematic way of working.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- At least fifteen years or more of experience in the maritime/ offshore industry.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office tools, salesforce environment.
- Project Management knowledge.
- Fluent in written and spoken English language.
