
Head of Media Buy Operations

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn advertising, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on media buying and SEM.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and driving profitable outcomes for their digital advertising accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in training and managing media buyers, fostering a culture of innovation, and encouraging skill development within the team.
- In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies across various digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry shifts, and adapt strategies accordingly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Media Buy and SEM team, guiding them in the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive tangible results in terms of ROI, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and adhere to best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data regularly, using key metrics and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Creative, Analytics, and Client Services to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to recommend innovative approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and the value delivered through advertising efforts.
- Manage client relationships, conducting regular meetings to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and present new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of media buyers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and mentorship to facilitate their professional development.
- Collaborate with business development teams to assist in new client acquisition, offering expertise during pitches and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards across all campaigns.
