Regional Field Pricing Executive

**OVERALL OBJECTIVES**
- Contribute to the achievements of the Business Plan targets by developing fare competitiveness in the market under the optimization policy of flights processed by Revenue Management and Pricing RMP;
- Ensure the reliability of fare information to all stakeholders;
- Guarantee compliance with local fare rules;
- Maximize contribution of the market to the proper management of inventory by RM (inventory steering, information, compliance with fare procedures);
- Manage Country sales performance processes such as Regular Business Reviews RBR to ensure proper coordination of the sales initiatives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Design and Implement Structural, Tactical and Private Pricing Programs**
- Participate in the devising of each market’s sales policy from a pricing angle, especially for promotional actions. Assess the performance of promotional actions and support Return on Investment analysis to the Country Sales Managers;
- Design private programs such as Corporate Policy, Trade fares, Tour Operator, Students, Visiting Friends and Relatives fares. Build a competitive offer based on benchmarking information from the sales team or market intelligence, and negotiate the final proposition with the central Pricing Manager;
**2. Ensure Pricing Competitiveness**
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competition according to strategy as agreed with the central Pricing Manager
- Stay on top of the competition’s pricing actions
- Monitor the impact of changes and adjust where necessary
**3. Bridge Internal Communication between Pricing/Sales/Marketing**
- Inform the sales and commercial teams impacted by decisions related to pricing changes;
- Explain the motivation and implementation timeline of pricing actions
**4. Develop Market Intelligence**
- Carry out intelligence over negotiated fares through all available sources (Sales teams, Direct Sales) and inform RMP, SIN.DC and Sales teams of any discrepancies;
- Inform RMP and SIN.DC of occasional or structural changes (diversions, supplementary flights) in capacity offered by the competition. When relevant, check the competition’s booking classes availability, mainly regarding promotions;
- Communicate ahead of time the schedule of local events to RM such as trade shows, local holidays, conventions, sports or religious events, that are likely to impact market demand on South East Asia routes.
**5. Control Fare Filing and Display**
- Check and ensure the correctness of the display of fare and fare conditions in GDS Amadeus. Make test bookings when necessary;
- Ensure new destination, interline and codeshare agreements are properly integrated into published fares and routings;
- In liaison with Revenue Integrity and the Sales Team, ensure a regular follow-up on the good use of fares by trade partners such as TO fares used in packages, double bookings, no-shows, and collection of penalties.
**6. Maintain and Develop Interline Partner Opportunities**
- Carry out intelligence over inventory availability on main interline partners. Escalate to RMP, Interline and SIN.DC if necessary;
- Monitor interline agreement performance;
- Identify new interline partners and routes to enhance our regional network
**7. Support Performance Monitoring**
- Analyse FWB booking data to identify opportunities or issues and alert the stakeholders;
- Organize RBR with the Country Sales Manager and Commercial Team to decide and follow up on actions to reach budget targets;
- Keep the stakeholders regularly updated on performance against budget targets;
- Participate in the Rolling Revenue Forecast process by estimating future revenue.
