Based in Singapore and China, we work closely with developers in a hands-on manner to help them achieve the best outcome.

We're looking for a good communicator who is sociable, on-trend and personable, and most importantly, AN AVID GAMER Working knowledge of Mandarin is a must, as this role will need to work with our development team in China.

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will address players' queries, assist in community management and live operations initiatives of our games.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely support to customers and answer their queries.
- Ensure all issues and feedback are properly logged in the support ticketing system.
- Work with the Product Team and QA to make sure bugs and feedback are addressed via our community channels.
- Know our games inside out and ensure all player queries are addressed appropriately.
- Follow up and reply to store reviews.
- Support community engagement initiatives and live operations.
- Compiling reports and delivering updates on community sentiment and other related community insights.

**Requirements**:

- You ideally have 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields such as Community Management or Customer Support.
- Relevant experience managing or running gaming related communities strongly preferred.
- You are passionate about mobile games
- You have excellent writing and communication skills.
- You have an outgoing and approachable personality.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese language skills to communicate user issues to our development team in China.
