Workshop Controller

**The Opportunity**

As a workshop controller with our CITROËN Customer Service Centre, you are responsible for providing quality inspection and warranty that align with customers’ requirements and manufacturers’ specifications and standard.
- Sort work order based on dynamic requests from customers while adhering to service booking requirement
- Optimize workshop resources in the deployment of work order assignment
- Advise frontline on workshop capacity and estimated time of completion
- Provide support to technician for any jobs that are forecasted to be delayed and escalate to Technical Executive if necessary
- Provide support for warranty claim for Technical Executive
- Evaluate and analyze alleged mechanical failures or other issues, such as the breakdown of a vehicle, and determine whether the maintenance has coverage under one of the warranties
- Complies to all rules and regulations stipulated by the company on general code of conduct and safety
- Maintain used warranty parts record and proper disposal

**Requirements**:

- Good computer proficiency and some experience in administrative tasks will be advantageous
- Great teammate with initiative and a positive can-do attitude towards learning and execution of work
- Excellent communicator with inter-department (Frontline, Workshop and Parts Store etc.)
- Good time managementGood command of English (both verbal and written)
- Good understanding of Automotive Technical Terminology
- Strong attention to detailPossess a valid Class 3 driving license
- Background knowledge in regulatory compliance and knowledge of the specific warranty for the dealership and brand.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Continental car servicing & repair with knowledge of vehicle diagnosis
- A minimum qualification of NITEC in Automotive Technology or related discipline
