Role Description & Responsibilities

Reports to the Workshop Manager

1. Maintain and improve service level.

2. Manage operations of workshop.

3. Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.

4. Educate and instruct mechanic to learn mechanic skills.

5. To test and confer with customers to obtain description of vehicle problems and discuss the necessary work to be performed.

6. Check the activities in the workshop, inspect completed work and draft reports to detect recurrent faults.

7. Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop. E.g.Writing work orders (Job sheet) and arranging mechanic to perform maintenance and repair work on vehicles.

8. Able know how to use diagnostic tools.

9. Able to troubleshoot when problems of car arise.

10. Ensure that the vehicle is returned to the owner in a clean condition.

11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in English/Mandarin
- Enjoy interacting and helping clients
- Be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Motivated and driven personality
- Able to multi task
- Interest in automotive industry
